Homeschooling - yes or no?

Rumors are spread on a possibility of legalizing homeschooling here in Serbia. Whereas it is not yet clear what is really going on, I stumbled upon an idea: homeschooling might be a very good field to utilize e-learning. GUI plays no significant role for the most of e-learners - seems so or is so?

Whether GUI plays a significant role in user satisfaction, for e-learning setup? This question is tackled in my current work, jointly with my colleague dr Suzana Marković.

Competition Startuopen.me attracted many e-learning projects. So was my proposal. It can be seen at http://www.startupopen.me/sr/openrules/selekcija/projekat-31/
General idea is to boost interest in mathematics for primary school pupils. I think that e-learning is by far the best option for the task.  
My project made it through first round, but then it was squashed by more attractive options (Facebook for this and that).Yeap, how could I be so stupid? Math sucks, Face rules.
